Viewing history

The history of a folder includes all of the actions that have been performed on it like:

• Created
• Created as a new structure
• Copied
• Edited
• Comment is added or marked as obsolete
• Sub-folder created
• Status changed
• Sent via email
• Linked and unlinked
• Role added or removed from a user or group

If you perform two consecutive actions of the same type, only one is listed (for example, viewing folder properties twice in succession).

To view the history of a folder:

1. Open the property page of the item as described in Viewing and editing folder properties.

2. In the Folder group, click History. A page listing the base properties appears. The history of the item is listed under Folder change history.
